Salted Ember , 36x36", captures the warmth and glow that lingers after a long beach day — when the sky softens, the tide hums, and the Sullivan’s Island Lighthouse stands as a quiet silhouette against the evening light. Created in rich, earthy hues of burnt orange, burgundy, muted chartreuse, and turquoise accents, this piece radiates harmony and depth. Its palette brings a grounded warmth that complements both neutral interiors and color-drenched coastal spaces alike.
My originals are known for their quiet strength - the way they hold light, memory, and the easy rhythm of coastal life. Each piece is created with intention, shaped by layers of place and feeling. These works are made for those who live fully and seek meaning in what surrounds them - for homes that value craftsmanship, connection, and a sense of calm rooted in the natural world.
Each original is one of a kind - no two pieces are ever the same, which is what makes collecting original art so meaningful. I do accept a limited number of commissions each season, creating new works that capture a similar energy, palette, or sense of place while remaining entirely your own. Will the painting be framed?
Original works on gallery-wrapped canvas are designed to be displayed without a frame, with turquoise-painted sides that extend the composition beyond the edges.
